NEED FRIENDS. (:

I'm on my way to getting in SERIOUS shape, but I am always needing tips, recipes, new exercises, and inspiration to KEEP GOING. I'm in the gym usually 5 days a week and in addition to that I LOVE Zumba, kayaking and all things outdoors/active. I really want to get into doing more weight lifting - not that I'm trying to get "ripped" per say - but I'm definitely intimidated by that and need advice on what to do with what machines/weights etc. Please add me if you want to help me stay serious!
