Petite n Flabby - Friday Check In - Week 1

Hey all. I weighed in (groggily - so may be off a little) at 133.8 this morning. I haven't had a chance to measure, so I guess I'll do that this afternoon/evening sometime.
I've downed approx. 3/4 of a cup of water, yesterday was 3 (yay for Crystal light!) and I have a new "water buddy".
I am getting VERY irritated with putting on what used to be my "fat pants" (TOM's) and they're too tight and getting tighter by the day. I don't think I have a single pair of jeans that I can squeeze my fat *kitten* into now; I have dimples where I've never had dimples before. I really want to rush and drop my caloric intake... but I'm going to make myself wait until Monday. Through the rest of the weekend, I'll do my best to track but still not get too hung up on things as far as intake. Monday will be a different story.
I only got in 10 minutes of treadmill yesterday. 8, actually. So today, I have to try to sqeeze in at least .. what, 12, maybe? Jeeze, this is getting so stupid (my schedule). And omg, I am ALWAYS TIRED now. I swear, its from all this danged eating and gaining all this stupid weight. So frustrated but holding on anyway.
How's everyone else doing today?

I weighed in this morning, I had a 0.2 lbs loss, which was a bit disheartening but it's TOM so may be water retention, bloating (I hope so anyway, or else it's that I haven't worked hard enough this week!)
Regarding exercise, the LAST thing I want to do when TOM is visiting is exercise!! But I know sitting on my butt won't drop this weight, so I thought I would give 20 mins aerobics a go, then pushed myself to 30!
All I want to do is eat, but I know that's not going to help me. I have real bad cravings for crisps (chips if you're from the US!!) but I am tring so hard not to eat them!
I am a big snacker, but I'm getting better! If I do have a snack its fruit or a handful of nuts, but I haven't had ANY today as I've had fulfilling meals!

You're doing awesome! You've dropped a couple but more importantly, you're really focused on the lifestyle and habit changes, which is what's going to stick with you for life! GREAT JOB this week!!! Keep it up!!!! :-)0 -
I weighed in at 124.5 today. For measurements, how do you guys measure your waist? Is it at your belly button, or at the smallest part (like an inch or two above the belly button)? I'm confused.
I decided to measure the smallest part, like where it indents when you bend to each side.
Neck: 12.5"
Bust: 34.5"
Waist: 30"
Hips: 37"0 -
The waist is the area between the last rib and the top of your ilium. :-)
Hips - I do wherever the most out part of my buttocks are, so that way, I'm not just measure how many inches I might be losing from my hips, but also possibly my glutes as well. :-)0 -

Not me... whaaa! I think I'll come in a few oz's higher this week. I won't take it too seriously, but I know I haven't dropped. I keep hoping for a miracle.0 -
