exercise without equipment

I went from working out everyday to not at all in september, since then my children have lost both of my resistence bands, a hand weight, and my kettle bell (their dad lets them play with them when im at work :explode: ) so until I find them, what are some good workouts I can do at home while my kids are napping without equipment other then squats, lunges and push ups

    Try steps up, bridges, dips, inch worms, if you have stairs - those, planks, sit ups - grab a few cans from your cupboard and use them for weights in the meantime while doing squats, etc...
