Crunchy PB and A Wrap

4 7- to 8-inch flour tortillas
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup chopped apple
1/4 cup low-fat granola
1. Spread peanut butter over each tortilla. Sprinkle with apple and granola. Tightly roll up tortillas. Cut in half. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Pack in insulated containers. Makes 4 servings.

I made this the other day and it was so tasty and filling.
I used a smaller tortilla & less PB.

Here is a recipe for homemade granola, I have tried it and it tastes good especially since you can add what every you would like to it.

I don't know about using rolled oats in place of the granola b/c they're 2 different things.

Granola is a breakfast cereal consisting of rolled oats mixed with other ingredients such as dried fruit and nuts.
The granola is the crunchy part of this Crunchy PB and apple wrap.
You can use any low fat granola cereal.

I just made this before my test yesterday...I loved it. I didn't use the granola and I used more apple. It was great!0
