I'm back!

I've been away from MFP for several months and have regained the weight I lost last year...I had lost about 15 lbs and I know, I know...others have goals of losing much more, but we are all different and have different goals, but the need for a support system is the same! Tracking what goes into my mouth and tracking my activity or lack-there-of is VERY KEY for me and MFP is the PERFECT way to accomplish my goals. When I look at my diary and see I'm either short on burning calories or haven't done anything for the day, it motivates me to get going! I'm looking for supportive friends on MFP so we can encourage one another on this journey to a healthier, longer, happier life! I'd like to here not only your success stories, but your struggles as well so I can be here for you! Best wishes to you all!
