newbe

Hello All, this is my 3rd day on MFP and so far I love it , have lost 2.5 lbs in 2 days!!!, so happy:happy: .
was just wondering if anyone else thinks its a bad idea to add calories earned through exercise to calories allowed for the day, seems to Me it could be very easy to go over daily calories allowed this way, also any good tips on how to stop the night munchies, My biggest problem!!
