    I'm from the southern part of my state...does that count? LOL I'm from Ohio. "The heart of it all" they say and if you don't like the weather...just wait 5 minutes it'll change. Good luck...may your journey lead you to success. There is strenght in numbers...and greater support. I'm new to the site and learning all about. Seems like a great support group here. If i have knowledge i can share..great. If someone wants to share their knowledge with me...super great!

    I'm from Auburn, AL....feel free to add me as a friend. I use MFP to track my fitness and daily food intake. I've been doing this for about a year on my own without the help of others. I think interaction with others might help me break ye olde plateau. Welcome!!
