impossible brain teaser - what fits?

i am not sure if there is anything to match this need, but i am looking for a food that is:

30-35 or so calories
a high protein and ZERO carbs (don't care about the fat)
not a meat (it's friday during lent)

ideas?

(right now the closest thing i can come up with is 5 almonds, but even that has a carb.)

    cheese has some carbs but I would suggest cottage cheese.

    I think 1 oz of raw extra firm lite tofu had little to no carbs!

    actually depending on interpretation of what you can eat...

    I would say egg whites. 2 hard boiled eggs, egg white only is about 34 cals, high in protein, no carbs

    Yes, the biology/anatomy of the egg notwithstanding, I'm not the type to consider an egg meat. I consider "flesh" meat. If you are eating skin or muscle, it's meat.

    I agree, but then again I use any excuse to eat meat.
