oh hai there!!

hey guys I have had this app for a long time and never got around to using it until now!

I am 20 21 in Feb and need to shift 10kg as i dont feel like i used to!
I used to be active and done a lot of sports so what i ate never botherd me until last Jan i have a knee op and that set me off course.
I need to get back in to shape and would love some help and support to keep me going(i am odd that way).

Living in the country has its perks running in it for one.

I have 3 different plans ill stick too that i am able to make as i done it at college for a year ill get them up when i have typed them up incase anyone wants too see them.

but yeah feel free to add etc ill try my best to stick to this 10kg loss as i want it gona ASAP!!!
