It does help, actually! At the very least it helps your posture.
How can engaging a muslce repeatedly NOT help strengthen it some? It may not be an awful lot, but I don't think that you're expecting that....are you?
Oh no, I am not expecting that at all! It's just that I can't really do crunches or plank or whatever for very long yet, and I thought doing this might help a bit.0 -

It may help, but if you want to do planks, get a timer and do a plank for 10 seconds (or whatever you can do), repeat two more times. Try to extend your time every several days.0
