Mini Daily Reminder #1

Hi guys!

I thought it may be helpful to regularly post a little reminder for everyone - something different each day - to help keep us on track and moving forward.

These are things we all know already, but maybe aren't doing this very moment and a reminder may help us keep forming a good habit!

POSTURE!!

It is just as important to have good posture in your daily life as it is during exercise. Good form leads to good results.

So get those shoulders back, keep that head up high, and sit up straight!!!!
