Why was I so stupid?!

So, basically. I used to burn off a high number of calories then net calories from 200 - 600. What?! I know, way too low. I was tired and exhausted and I didn't even realise. I was almost falling asleep on machines at the gym. Lately, I've been 'accidentally' eating more calories, still under my goal, but I've been eating more of my exercise calories, which I wouldn't do before. NOW I have so much more energy for the gym and then to exercise even more and run around after my niece which is great. Yes I love weight on a very low calorie diet but my goal is to be good at sports and to be fit and I wouldn't achieve that barely eating anything.
Just putting this out there for anyone who might be doing my mistakes... But if it works for you, you will be thin but you'll be exhausted.
