Nut and Soy allergy
Afternoon all, I have a severe nut and soy allergy so finding the right balance of protein intake is difficult. I am a huge fan of meat but really want to cut down the amount I consume. Nuts are the main source of everything I read about. Would love to hear some suggestions. Happy New Year to you all

Legumes (beans etc) and rice are excellent sources for the amino acid building blocks of protien. They complement each other to complete the tipes of protiens your body needs. Try to eat about equal portions of each throughout the week (doesn't have to be the same day).0

Eggs, beans/pulses, quinoa, or you could use protein supplements not made from whey or soy.0
