The only gym for women in my area and my problems

I have some interesting information regarding CONTOURS EXPRESS, which is a gym especially for women.
I have one of their gyms right around the corner, and tried to get some info, I kept calling them, nobody answers the phone. So this morning I drove by, it was at 10am.
The store is supposed to be open from 5am-11pm 7 days a week. All I found was a device on the door which obviously opens the door if you have a membership card. On the door was a note, that their business hours are Monday from 10-12pm.
I am wondering if that’s the way this company works, and you are all alone exercising there. Who is showing me how to use their machines? What if I fall or get sick? Can I assume that they find me the following Monday at 10?
I tried to call another gym far away from where I live: number out of service. So I called the next one, even further away. A nice lady tried to help, but couldn't. But she told me that is weird that there is nobody in my gym.
I emailed corp. office, email comes back as deliverable. I called the number from the website, but all I get are voice mails.
Any suggestions?

You may want to check out others by going there. I've seen gyms that have rooms of equipment dedicated just to women. My gym has one for example. It's got frosted glass on the doors going in and it's for ladies only. There's plenty of equipment in there and you're not on display to everybody when you work out. Is there a specific reason why you want a woman's only gym?0

by the way.... I've also belonged to 24/7 gyms that have a keypad thing on the door. Yes, they may find you hours later passed out under a set of barbells. You're also alone if other people come in to work out. My current gym is 24/7 but has several staff members there at all times.0

Stalk the place until you see someone going in. See if you can ask them what's up or go inside to talk to someone.
Or bang on the glass until someone opens up.0 -
This time of year, they might be really busy with new members. But not answering their phone, etc. doesn't speak well for them.
I also like a ladies-only facillity.0 -
Based on your description, why would you even bother?0

one of my reasons to look for a gym for women is that I am 59 and never joined a gym, I don't want to embarress myself in front of these babes and muscle men.
Second, there are no ther affordable gyms in my area, and if I have to drive long distance to get there, I know that I will not make it as often as I should. Natural lazyness.
I also checked my local YMCA, well, they membership fee is outrages, I can join to of the best gyms for that money, and they don't even offer much.
I used to live in an apartment complex many years ago, and they had a free gym for their tenants, that was just about perfect, brandnew equipment, surveillance, TVs, showers, bathrooms. I mean everything! I really miss that!0
