Hi, my name is Aileen, and I am located in the DC metro area.
Well, as probably all of us I am determined to lose weight this year.
However, I am not following the "I need to lose 10lbs in 5 weeks" thing anymore. This time I am trying the slow approach
I am not overweight, but ever since moving from Europe to the States I have gained a few pounds that I'd love to lose again.
