The difference?

I've heard about this PB2, but I don't quite understand it.. how is it better than regular peanut butter, and if it's powdered, how can one make a peanut butter sandwich with it?

It's not necessarily better than Peanut Butter. It's just less calories. They press the oil out of peanut butter and it becomes a lower calorie powder. The oil in peanut butter is the most beneficial part of eating real peanut butter so you aren't really getting the nutritional benefits from PB2. However, I am still an advocate of PB2, because it's a low calorie way to add peanut butter flavor to things like stir-fry and yogurt. I often mix chocolate PB2 with yogurt and dip apples in it. Still nutritious with the apples and yogurt, but without negotiating so many calories. Nothings better than a banana and real peanut butter though...there is no substitute. :) To answer your other question. I really wouldn't use PB2 for a classic peanut butter sandwich. You can mix PB2 with water to make it a peanut butter LIKE consistency, but it's really not the same if you ask me. I stick to mixing it with other things. Enjoy!
