Hello everyone!

My name is Amanda and my life is finally starting to go the way it should be! My hubby and I have been married almost two years and we have decided to move to Salt Lake City as soon as he gets a transfer. The only thing not working for me is ME. I'm not really overweight. Technically, I fall under the proper BMI standard but that doesn't mean my body looks the way it should. I would like to be more toned, fit, and flexible. I have scoliosis in the upper part of my back, which keeps me from being able to have full range of motion. I cannot straighten my back at all and often suffer from painful spasming. My back is a large part of why I need to exercise. If I want to remain healthy and fit, I need to continue to exercise and stretch and strengthen my back or I could end up partially disabling myself through lack of action. That would be completely unacceptable for me!

My hubby and i want to have children in a couple of years as well and I want to b able to keep up with them. Being healthy and fit will allow me to have fun with my children, instead of watching them have fun! I'm changing my life and, lucky for me, my hubby is going to do this all with me!
