My name is Rachel, I just found out about myfitnesspal and so far I am loving it. I have been on weightwatchers off and on for about a year now and lost ~20lbs (lost and gained and lost and gained, currently I am 20lbs lighter than I was a year ago)

I had been a bit overweight my whole life, and after I graduated college I decided it was time to stop the path I was on (I saw pictures of me on Facebook and was dissappointed at how big I had gotten). Basically I just want to be fit and healthy and get rid of the chunk and flab!

Loved Weight Watchers, but this appears to be a much better community of people (plus it's free!) I have already gotten a few questions answered regarding the program, but any other points people have for me I would be into!

Up for any recommendations, friend requests or whatever! :)
