Christine's Chickpea Salad

1 (15oz) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/4c chopped red onion
3/4c each chopped red and yellow bell pepper
2 Tbsp Low Cal Dressing (I used Ken's healthy options olive oil and vinegar)
1 Tbsp Grated Cheese

Mix all together and refrigerate

Makes 6-1/2c servings for 82cal, 2.1g Fat, and 4g Fiber
