    Exercise has been key to my success! Not light exercise either! Hard cardio all the way! Also I like to think that a few cups of green tea help keep the cravings at bay! :)

    These are stunning photos I will try to get some pictures of myself as well up. I didnt have a lot of pictures taken when I was heavier I hid from the camera but I will search and see what I can find, to everyone else you are incredible and I agree everyone looks so much younger!!

    I was thinking the same thing about everyone looking younger. Everybody looks wonderful!

    The first photo was taken week one and the second week four after a loss of 7lbs.

    I cannot believe the difference in a month!!! Also in the first photo I took it from an angle to show my 'thin' face lol!

    I'm a work in progress.... first I had a 10-year-running eating disorder, then I went through recovery. I fell in love, and got pregnant in 2008-2009, where I gained a LOT of weight, not having any clue what normal eating was and trying to do my best for my child. in 2010 i lost a good chunk of that weight.... and then put it back on in 2012 :/

    Attempting to lose some weight again and sticking to being healthy. Looking to healthy examples for advice and exercising to have some MUSCLE this time. I want to be toned, energetic, and fit, not "skinny".
