I want your thoughts on joing "Curves"......anyone like it??

I'd like your thoughts on "Curves" before I decide to join. I don't want to go to a gym and I heard this only takes about 30 minutes which I could do right after work. Thank you all......

I did curves for awhile.
What I liked:
Set circuit, you move because you have to, no fudging your time.
The circuit sets you up to work major muscle groups and keep your HR up.
Machines were easy to use.
What I didn't like:
No freedom to do whatever you wanted (like, walk 30 minutes on a treadmill if you wanted to, or use an elliptical - they don't have them).
I suggest asking for a trial to see if it works for you. I did it for several months a few years ago but I've found that I prefer a gym so I have some freedom to work harder or easier based on what I'm feeling. For a really quick get in, do what you're supposed to do, and get out routine it's nice, but it is definitely limited.0 -
I thought about joining Curves but they don't provide childcare which is a deal breaker for me.0
