Back at it!

It's time for me to work on me this year. Not necessarily eating healthier or dieting, just working on myself as a person, inside and outside.

I've started with eating healthier. The workouts will follow but not just yet until my house is filled with healthier foods. Then I can make sure I'm eating properly when I come home hungry from the gym.

I just want inner peace. Trying yoga, pilates, some new classes at the gym.

No gossiping. No talking about others in ANY manner. (Those who gossip to you will gossip about you!)

Lead by example.

I had a decent amount of friend before but it's been a while since logging on MFP. Looking for anyone to add that can relate to life as a working Mom with very little time trying to get back to being healthy.
