I've been using mfp for the last week, I have a lot of weight to lose and struggle with sticking to diets, this is so far proving to be
excellent, i hope i can lose stones.:smooched:

    i joined here last summer, but work 12 hour shifts and often forget to log in for days and sometimes weeks, after putting on a few pounds over christmas i now aim to do more here and lose those extra pounds plus a few more,

    I've been using my fitness pal for about the last year and a half and am LOVING the calorie counter! It has helped me immensly by showing what's REALLY going in, instead of me guessing. Sor far I'm down 28 lbs and 12 to go - you can do this!!!
