I know you can't choose where to burn fat but I thought if you worked a certain muscle group that had a lot of fat on it that the muscle would burn the fat to turn into muscle?? And thanks for the different excersise tips everyone!

diet wise.. cut back on cal's, carbs and sugar. eat more veggies and protein!
workout wise.. strength moves. rocky style, crunches, side planks, regular planks, double crunches, reverse crunches, hollow mans, bicycle crunch, get ups, lunges, static poses.. yoga! and of course, lots of people here say to lift heavy. I don't have the equipment and workout at home so I haven't tried that one yet. however, my school has a gym, so I'm going to try it out when classes start in about a week.0
