So check this, I see lots o questions about calories being burnt while doing P90X.....So I just used my new HRM (polar rs100) and I burned 545 calories in a 40 min or so session.
I hope this aids all the folks asking about caloric burn during these vids.
Hope this helps

you have got to be kidding me! I never ever got close to burning that many calories doing kenpo X. Although I do know that when my husband and I do the same program he often burns about 100 calories more than I do. I can do a P90X program and then 20 minutes on the treadmill at an incline and a good pace and burn about 650 calories according to my polar F6 (and that is 90 minutes of working out).
Good job!0 -
Yeah I was drenched of sweat when I was done....it kicked my butt today....0

Everyday you can log in when you start to workout and a daily prize is given away. I have yet to win but I know some people who have. Actually they have lots of body transformation challenges and prizes they give away. If you log in before you workout you can see who is working out "with you."
Of course there are message boards and you can chat with people doing the same workout program you are.
If you log in your workouts it keeps track of them for you and really not much else but it is nice having a "beachbody family."0 -
Sweet...I will have to check it out0
