Last time I tried this site and ate back the calories that I burned off exercising, I lost no weight in a month. This time I am not going to eat them back. Thoughts???

are you significantly overweight?
if you weren't losing weight last time, it is possible you were either underestimating the calories you were consuming, or overestimating the number of calories you were burning, or both. either one (or both) can severely stunt your weight loss.
if you are decently overweight and not already in the "ideal" range, you can usually go with a net calorie deficit for some time, although you might start burning muscle for glycogen depending on your diet.
you could try to do a keto diet. look it up. if you do that for a few weeks and still nothing, i don't know.0
