I found this recipe for dip by Mr. Food. It was a hit with my kids. It really hits the spot if you love peanut butter. We tried it with apples and graham crackers. I think it would also taste good with celery.

Peanut Butter Dip (makes 1 1/4 cup)

2/3 cup fat free cottage cheese
1/4 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
1 Tbs. honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

Add all to a food processor; process to smooth. Cover and chill (I popped it in the freezer for like 10 minutes). Serve with fruit, vegetables, or crackers.

For 1/4 cup: per/serv. Calories 114; carbs 8; fat 6; sugar 5; fiber 1; sodium 165

Sounds good! I added it to my favorites. Thanks for sharing the recipe! I will try it soon. I found a protein shake smoothie that is chocolate peanut butter that uses cottage cheese. It is from the dashing dish website. It is so good. I have it at least a couple times of week. I love it so i think i will like this dip as well.

I do the same kind of thing and use it as a spread for a morning sandwich.
