Hello, my name is Fausto and I am currently obese. 276 lbs as of today and 5'8" in height.
Well I am finally too fat for my own like. I need to drop serious weight and this app looks like it helps a lot of people.
Since I am on my first week I am having a struggle thinking up new healthy meals to eat.
Any people here who grew up eating Puerto Rican or Dominican food? or people who are always on the go and ate out a lot?
I need your help, any tips, meal ideas...I find that outside of the same crappy stuff I've been eating I can't think of anything healthy to eat that i'll actually like!
My goal is to learn how to eat better and make better choices. I want to loose 50 lbs for my first goal...once I reach that I want to get below 200.
Any tips, advice, ideas would be welcomed.
