snack help please!!

I am trying to figure out what kind of snack that is low calorie and carb but keeps me full longer. Any suggestions?!?!

    Hummus & veggies (cherry tomatoes, sugar snap peas, red, yellow, orange bell peppers, baby carrots).
    Sliced apples & a tablespoon of peanut or almond butter.
    Plain Greek yogurt with fresh fruit (berries, peaches, pears) & a drizzle of honey.
    Popcorn popped in a brown paper bag in your microwave - top with coconut oil or olive oil and any spice you like - garlic, chili powder, whatever (just put the kernels in a brown bag & fold the top over twice, pop like you would the store bought microwave stuff).
