Grr went over my calories today

I went over 65 calories today but I thought I'd be set if only my gym didn't close at 9pm on Fridays and I hadn't forgotten this! I went there only to find they were closed :( kinda annoyed guess there's not much I can do at this point since its almost bedtime for me

    I wouldn't freak out too much about 65 calories if this is just a once in awhile thing. Definitely don't let it become a habit, though. Good luck :D

    jog in place for 10 minutes ...or run up & down the stairs in your home ...jumping jacks...sit ups...pick one & you will burn the 65 calories!

    Don't sweat it AT ALL! 65 calories over is nothing in the overall scheme of things. I am sure you were under by at least that much one other day this week, right? If it bugs you that much, run in place or up and down some stairs for a bit to burn some calories!

    Our bodys don't run on a 24 hour clock. Like someone said above you can just short yourself the 65 cals tomorrow or split it up between several days. There are even diets that are designed to cycle calories. Be assured you didn't hinder yourself in the least bit. I don't eat the same amount of calories everyday.

    I don't know what your calorie goal is set at, but I bet you didn't go over your TDEE.

    And it is 65 calories...and one day.

    As it has been said before in previous threads - no one got fat from being over just one day...

    MFP probably has you at at least a 500 calorie daily deficit. 65 calories is negligible. Some days you'll be under. Some days will be over. You just joined. This is a long game, just like getting fat is.
