MY YEAR 2013!!!

First timer! Got my Jan. People "Half Their Size" edition and am once again motivated! Going to the gym 5x wk. counting calories. Keeping this journal. Have one small setback - 2 herniated discs with pinched nerves. Can only swim or ride recumbent bike. Financially poor, but will eat healthy somehow. Suggestions welcomed! God help us all on our journey together!
