The last week of December, I "left" MFP. I'd gotten into a funk and was hoping that a change in scenery would help. I went to Spark...once again I hated it. Then I tried Noom and I just completed day 5...it's way too simplistic for me. I like much more control! I have to have more control. It's an awesome app and I love the pedometer part (and from what I can tell it's pretty accurate) but I missed MFP. So...here I am.
Not only did I miss the logging on MFP, I missed the support. I love it here! You guys help each other and offer suggestions and are truthful! I deleted a lot of my friends because I do not consider this a second facebook. When I'm looking for new ways to eat veggies, I do not care what your sister's dog did the other day. I'm sorry.
I also need friends who aren't offended when I say the word "*****es" or "*kitten*". Lol.
I need people who are not going to say "Great Job!" or "Good Day!" when I eat three cheeseburgers a steak and cream puffs. It's not a good day. I know it's not a good day. I don't need you to be nice to me! Lol. Lying/denial is what got me in the place I'm in now. I'm here to learn. I know where the problem areas are, I just need help in finding how to fix them.
In conclusion, I need friends. I'll be there for you! I've learned my lesson about leaving. Lol.
A little about me, I'm currently 29-year old married mother to 3 school age children. I'm a night-shift ER nurse (so sometimes I have to log from 0001 in the am until I go to bed that night which may be midnight (24hours of awake time, eating and logging) so some days I go over and it's okay! I do not go to a gym and I want to do the C25K. I quit smoking 11/14/2012. I use my Wii and XBox 360 - Kinect for exercise. I also have an elliptical at home and I walk outside. I have 75 more lbs to lose and I've already lost 28 here with MFP since June.

I need encouragement.................but also need accountability regarding my calories.............I tend to be under and have a goal to eat more. I have 50 lbs to loose............................0
