I've you've got a Kinect I'd recommend Your Shape:Fitness Evolved.
I know when I use to work at a video game store, I often got reviews back from customers that they didn't like the Biggest Loser or Jillian Michael workout games; but they did like YourShape:FE.
It's has a lot of activities and you can pick and choose based on what you want to do that day or just tell it to start your workout program and it picks out a series of things for you to do based on what you've told the program. YS:FE also has an updated 2012 edition to that includes even more stuff than the original. I've ordered a copy from Amazon that should be here next week.0
