I'm new, I'm freezing, and I'm ready

Well, as ready as I'm going to be. I need to workout and stop my late night eating.

I'm a pro at putting off working out because:

1. It is so cold!
2. It is so hot!
3. My ankle hurts from that thing...
4. I'm starving!
5. I'm tired.
6. There was just a big find in politics/art/news/science/idiocy
7. Did you see that meme??

I'm hoping this app will give me some better structure. I'm not sure how/why to add friends but I'm figuring things out.

If anyone has tips for running (falling forward) in the cold, I'd love'm!

    Nice list! Wanna be friends? I lost 15 lbs. on this thing before, but I'm thinking I need some more accountability. Good luck dieting, take it slow. -Adam

    Best thing I discovered about this app/site is the more you exercise the more you can eat. Great motivations there!

    Thanks for the help everyone. The more the merrier. I'm trying to take baby steps and you know tomorrow I'll go back out on a jog. Yep.

    I'm looking forward to having a big European trip next year and want to be in shape to really walk all the streets and take in all that history.
