How much weight have you've lost since you've given up soda?

    Well I am not sure if me giving up soda was the cause of my weight loss, but I have lost 28 pounds since April of last year. I think that was part of the weight loss coupled with eating right and exercise.

    I have no idea if gving up soda (Coke) was the reason for my weightloss but the other day I had one after months and immediately felt my now flat belly swell up.
