    Greek Fire Break Me Down

I find it difficult to explain what the heck it has to do with working out or weightloss,
but the chorus is what I love. kinda symbolizes the transformation I'm trying to go through.
  • I love working out to Ushers "More" I always find extra energy when that song comes on.

    Eminem - Lose Yourself
Kazzer - Pedal to the Metal
Jimmy Eat World - Salt Sweat Sugar
    Saliva - Click Click Boom
    Chemical Bros - Galvanize

I always make sure I have one of these songs scheduled for about 3/4 of the way through my run... really helps me get the job done! That's for exercise though... for general life motivation and feeling good, I listen to different stuff entirely. :)

Not sure of the name of the song, but "You are the Champion" from Queen is the refrain that works for me. Doesn't quite work with my politics, though. LOL
