Crazy schedule issues

OK. I spent hours on this site today, figuring things out and doing my profile- and feeling really old and dumb since it took so long! But I think MFP will be motivational for me. Seeing how well everyone is doing is very encouraging.

I'm worried that my crazy schedule, with its different work hours every day is going to be an issue, both with eating right and exercising. I'm going to need to really be committed, and quit making excuses. Being the Queen of Justification isn't working for me...

I'd like to keep up with others that have a lot to lose (I need to lose 50) and haven't worked out lately (it's been YEARS for me!). If you think we could cheer each other on, let's be friends!
