Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself and how my "latest hobby" is going. My wife and I each started a program at the beginning of the year and are having a fun, healthy, and if I may say- so a productive time of it! about 1200 cal a day and have lost 23 lbs so far. I am very conscious of a healthy approach (don't want to starve; taking vitamin supplements; and watching my balance of fats, carbs, prot. Target is to get my BMI in the healthy range... for me that's 169 lbs . I hope to soon start an exercise program. Wishing all a most successful go at reaching/maintaining a healthy nutritional lifestyle.

Same here. CONGRATULATIONS on the great job you've already done! :flowerforyou: I'm sure with MFP's tools, and all of its wonderfully supportive members, you WILL lose the rest of the weight that you want to, AND, it'll "almost" be easy doing it!0
