Hi all! I'm getting back to it! I fell hard off the fit and healthy bandwagon when I started Grad School two years ago. I went from a trim and strong 117lb, 5"2' to 140lb, and still 5"2'. Eep!
I want to get back on the wagon because I have a new career coming up and wouldn't mind meeting a someone special.
None of my family or friends are on here yet, so lets all be the best of wieght-loss, fit-&-heathy friends!
I need the motivation and am willing to give it too.

I had a 10 pound son at birth in 2011. I was over 200 pounds and depressed too at the time. LOL
I am now 165.
When I was 18 years old I was 120 pounds.
I have started tracking EVERYTHING I eat. No skipping or skimming.
I drink a tall glass of water before any meal or snack.
I workout 6 days a week on my elliptical. And I also do yoga.
I have switched out ALL soda pop for hot tea or black coffee. (almost no calories)
If you want it bad enough, you will do it.
You got this!0
