Has anyone had open inguinal hernia surgery? If so how long did it take you to heal? I had laparoscopic inguinal surgery in April and it took me weeks to get back to exercising (only could walk and not lift weights
For about 4-6 weeks) but healed eventually. This time with open inguinal surgery I feel like its going to take twice as long
I miss exercising and I can't wait to get back into it.
