BLOGING WHAT I EAT and then cutting the amount to 1 serving..no seconds...then later cut that amount to 1/2....without having to do without. Only light exercise when I want to do it..no more pushing myself and no more diets!

Starting over again at 130 lls. Want to get to 110 then 100 lbs by April 1, 2013..Tried every thing..put a recent fat picture of me on the site...Christmas Eve one of my friends called me a midget. I stand 4' 8" tall and always thought of myself as just a small person...I have since told her she ruined the way I thought about myself...I NEED TO LOOK GOOD IN MY BODY for my own self.

    After a 6 lb loss and 13.5" lost, I am now cutting to 1/4 cup portions, bread= 1/2 portion, and Drinks= 1/2 cup portions and will be eating on a teacup saucer and no seconds; blogging all I eat.
