What Else?

Ok so am on the Isagenix program to get healthier and on the plus side lose some much needed weight, am doing Jillian Micheals 30DS and every now and then I do a little tae bo is there anything else that I should try to get me moving more I don't have much time to walk and where I live it is freezing cold and in the summer am to scared of bears to go out for a stroll (I know that is a dumb excuse but after seeing two this summer close up am not taking any chances) i do have a manual treadmill that my hubby bought me but I find it hard to get motivated to do it for more than a few minutes any suggestions from you guys would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance :)
