Okay so I just started this today, although I have been watching what I eat and using portions again for about the past week. I am getting married in just over 3 months and I need to fit into my dress. I used to be thin and then over the past few years have slowly gained weight and adopted bad eating habits. Most of it in the last year. I need someone to keep me motivated or anyone in middle TN to work out with. My work schedule is busy and changes daily so a lot of my focus is going to be on my diet more than exercise. Thankfully I work a fairly physical job and I am on my feet all day so that helps in keeping me active. I really just need to motivation to stick with this and get back into healthy eating habits and get my body back to what it used to be. I am of course willing to provide mutual support and motivation.
