someone please analysis todays protien/carb/ fat breakdown for me?

Coming from someone who knows nothing about nutrition (but has an opinion) I am noticing the "packaged" foods are high in sodium. Would you be able to switch to hard cheese or "homemade" oatmeal with large flake oats? These only take 3 minutes to boil and you can add your own sugar or fruit.
Also, I don't see many vegetables. Do you normally try to eat some veggies sometime during the day?
