Hey everyone, I am very new to this site (not to dieting). I am so glad a friend turned me on to it...I LOVE IT. I have probably lost and gained hundreds of pounds in my life. I want to find a healthy lifestyle and stick to it. I don't want to be skinny I just want to feel good and be healthy. I have been a member for two days now and I couldn't wait to weigh again...I lost two pounds last night (water weight i'm sure but I put it down anyway). I know your are not suppose to weigh that often...I was just excited about the whole process.

    Like you, this "ain't my first rodeo" with weight loss, but it is the common sense approach to long term change...everyone has been shouting it from the rooftops for years that fad diets don't work, I finally listened...glad you are here too. Good luck!
