After 2 years of using MFP, I think I have got the secret to long term weight loss, is support, life style change and setting goals.

Goals being the most important , the motivation to sept out of the door on a cold winter night when it's raining and windy you need it to be for a reason.

I chose mountain climbing and now mountain biking, last year I achieved my goal and covered 15 3000ft mountains in2 days and what a spence of achievement it was the thing that made me drag my *kitten* down to the gym 3-4 times a week do push ups Monday to Friday.

It was hard and how many times have a lost weight and then only to put it back on plus more well I said to my self "not this time Mr Kelly not this time!! "

And 2 years on and I have only put 14lbs on and that was a bad bad Xmas break and now it's time to get fit for spring so if anyone wants to join me come on let's do this together. Motivate to that slim body and fit to fun times.

My friends can't believe the change in me I was fat unfit and ready to drop can't thank myfitnesspal enough
