Chicken stuffed with Spinach and Feta

Just made this last night and it tasted AMAZING. A couple of tips I'd have is to pound the chicken breast out flat when you do it...then after pan frying for 3-5 minutes on both sides, stick it in the oven to cook the rest of the way through, because there were parts of the chicken that were still raw that were not touching the pan.

I measure all of mine out, and it came to:

Tesco - Chicken Breast Fillet (Raw), 142 g
Tesco - Greek Feta Cheese, 25 g
Lidl - Baby Leaf Spinach - Raw, 25 g
Generic - Small Yellow Onion, 0.5 small (2 inch dia) onion
Tesco - Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), 1 Tablespoon /15gms
Total: 364 calories

Not including salt and pepper to taste. Let me know if you try it :D
