    hello! wish i'd have seen this challenge yesterday. i did my workout today...but i only did 30 during my shoulder workout. i did rear lats 1st, then did side lats and then front raises. 10 reps each set and did a super set. all the exercises in a row with no rest and then rested a few minutes and did the next set. hope i can get in on the next challenge. thanks. i'm new here so i'm still learning about all the posts.

    Only completed 100...3lb weights. Will endeavor to do the other 100 lat raises tomorrow...Time got away from me :noway: it did :frown:
