Hi guys and gals,
I have started looking for ways to train myself within my own home, requiring minimal equipment, just for a while. I want to strengthen my body, and grow some muscles, while having time left for home.
So I checked the 6 week programs(100 pushup, 200 situps, etc), and decided to make a schedule out of them for every week:
Week 1
Day 1:
Around 20 pushups, with 4 pause's in between
Around 23 situps, with 4 pause's in between
Around 20 dips, with 4 pause's in between
Around 14 squats, with 4 pause's in between
The amount of it is very small, but I am supposed to grow the number by the day and week(I am going to follow all the 6-week programs on the same days!). Combined with some dumbbell exercises, could this be a good training schedule for a newbie?

Also, I run on the break days(so I have 3 days of working out, and 2 other days of running).

looks great. If you could add pull ups it would make the workout complete.0
