Hi people, I downloaded the app about 1 month ago but never knew about the forum, My names Stevie and I'm 32 from Airdrie which is on the outskirts of Glasgow. I've been going to the gym for around 3 years now but only in the last 2 months I've really take more interest in my Diet. My other hobby is Muay Thai and I'm a truck driver for Tesco at their Livingston depot so keeping fit saves me from falling into the usual stereotype truck driver lol.
